Our restaurant, The Forest Table, is a tribute to Rajasthan's extraordinary culinary heritage. Chef Anand Mehta, trained in the kitchens of Jaipur and Lyon, returns home to cook with the forest's freshest offerings — from our own kitchen garden, from foragers' morning baskets, and from trusted farmers who share our values.
